Now it is most well-known cooperative agency with offices in London, Paris, Tokyo and New York with members from all over the world. It is a big honour to become a member.

Why do this workshop?
This workshop is for photographers who are technically and visually competent but feel they still have room to grow and want to grow. It aims to push them out of their comfort-zone and question some of the assumptions they may have built up about photography. Assumptions they have about the medium in general, such as - What is a good photograph? And assumptions they have about their own practice which they might not be aware of.
I cannot promise that I can make them better photographers as only they can do that, but I will push, poke and provoke them into trying to be better photographers.

Program Saturday 9.00 meeting, A review of the students work by Mr. Steele-Perkins with feedback from the other students. Students can often learn as much from other students feedback, and students learn from trying to talk about other people's work. Students will be set tasks which will be very different from what they are used to. Hence Upside Down and Inside Out; the idea is to turn comfortable practice upside down and to stretch students and make them do something very different from the normal way they work. Students should present no more than 20 photographs each for review, and these should be what they consider their best images.
13.00 Students will go out and photograph, as specified, and they will have to work hard and into the evening Sunday 9.00 Students will take pictures till 11am and finish their photowork with post-production at 12.00. For those with difficulties or questions etc. Mr. Steele-Perkins will be available while they are out photographing in the afternoon and next morning. 12.00 meeting, discussion about students work and what each has achieved. Discussion will be wide-ranging and include choices in the editing - This picture or this one? Why? Approaches taken to the work, difficulties encountered and how to deal with them, what still needs to be worked on, and more.
Photographers should shoot digitally and have their own laptop and editing software.
